          Vide her separate statement already made on 14.10.2022, complainant has stated that during the pendency of the complaint, a sum of Rs.3,49,684/- received from the OP and accordingly she withdraw the present complaint as well as complaint No.539 of 2020 and the same may be disposed of in the Upbhokta Lok Adalat to be held on 22.10.2022. In view of the statement of the complainant, the present consumer complaint is dismissed as withdrawn. The award is accordingly passed
