The learned counsel for the complainant made a statement that due to some technical defect he withdraw the present complaint with permission to file a fresh one on the same cause of action. His statement recorded and taken up on the file. 
In view of the statement of the learned counsel for the complainant, present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn. However, the complainant is at liberty to file a fresh complaint on the same cause of action. No order as to costs or compensation. Original documents if any be returned to the complainant against proper receipt. Copy of the order be supplied to the complainant free of costs. File be consigned to the records.
