Learned counsel for the complainant made a statement that he withdraw the present complaint due to some technical defects in the complaint with the liberty to file fresh on the same cause of action. His statement recorded and taken up on the file.

In view of the statement of the learned counsel for the complainant, present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn with permission to the complainant to file a fresh complaint on the same cause of action, if she desires so.
