ORDER

                    The matter has been settled in Lok Adalat.

2]                Sh.Pappu Singh, Husband of Complainant has received two cheques bearing No.719989, dated 13.12.2018 and No.317662, dated 14.12.2018, both issued in favour of complainant for an amount Rs.10,000/- & Rs.10,026/- respectively towards complete payment of the claim and as such withdrawn the present complaint.

3]                In view of the above, the complaint stands dismissed as withdrawan, subject to realisation of the cheques issued by OPs.

4]                Certified copy be sent to the parties free of charge. After compliance file be consigned.
