ORDER

The parties have amicably settled the matter. As per settlement the  Manager of OPs  has handed over cheque Rs.18363/-  to the complainant, which has been duly received by him.  In this view of the matter the complainant has appended a note on the complaint that he withdraws his complaint.

                        In view of the aforesaid statement, this complaint is dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied. However, in case the  cheque is not honored then the complainant would be at liberty to avail remedy available to him under the provision of law.

                        Certified copy be sent to the parties free of charge. After compliance file be consigned.
