ON BEHALF OF THE BENCH

           

            Complainant counsel present. On behalf of opposite party No.2, authorized signatory Sri.G.Surya Narayana present. On 10.07.2019 opposite party filed memo enclosing cheque for Rs.1,23,069/- in favour of complainant. Today the complainant counsel filed F.S.Memo stating that a total sum of Rs.2,59,420/- (Rs.1,23,069 + Rs.1,50,000) has been received by way of cheques bearing Nos.182550 dt:15.03.2019 and 519924 dt:09.07.2019 respectively, and as such F.S. may be recorded. Further, the complainant counsel submitted that the original certificate filed in this Forum may be returned to opposite parties. In view of the memo filed by the complainant and submission made by the counsel for complainant, F.S. is recorded, and original document i.e. Certificate No.705000103740 issued by opposite party on 28.09.2018 in favour of the complainant is ordered to return to the opposite parties, as the complainant has no objection. Hence, complaint is dismissed as not pressed.
