The complainant is absent. Mr. Sandip Shah MD is present for opponent.  Advocate Mr.Chetan Yadav is preset for opponent.  Today the matter was fixed for filing affidavit of evidence by the complainant. The complainant is absent.  Last time also the complainant was absent.  As the complainant is not attending the Forum and not filing affidavit of evidence, opponent requested to dismiss the complaint for want of prosecution.  As the complainant failed to file affidavit of evidence and remained absent, the complaint is dismissed for want of prosecution.
