Baljeet Kumar Versus Sachdeva Communication etc.

CC No. 241 of 2016.

 

Present: Sh. Baljeet Singh complainant in person.

              Sh. Dheeraj Sachdeva, Advocate, counsel for OPs No.2 & 3.

 

                    Today the case was fixed for evidence of complainant or for compromise, if any. However, Sh. Dheeraj Sachdeva, Advocate, counsel for the OPs No.2 & 3 made a statement that they are ready to repair the mobile set of the complainant by giving discount to him and shall charge Rs. 1800/-  only instead of estimated cost of repair amounting to Rs. 7655/-.

                        On the other hand, complainant made a statement that he has heard and understood the statement of counsel for the OPs No.2 & 3 and is ready to get his mobile set repaired by making payment of Rs. 1800/- and withdraws the present complaint, which may be filed.

                        view of the aforesaid statement made by both the parties, the present complaint stands disposed off in the above terms. Parties are bound by their statement made in the Forum. A copy of this order be sent to the parties concerned free of costs as per rules. File be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
