On scrutiny of records, it appears that on 12.10.2022  complainant was absent without steps. None appeared on behalf of the complainant on that day. Therefore, complainant was directed on 15.09.2023 to show cause as to why the present complaint shall not be dismissed due to non-prosecution and date was fixed on 17.11.2023.

Today the complainant is also absent and no step is taken on her behalf. Therefore, we have no other option but to dismiss the complaint on the ground of non-prosecution.

that the present Consumer Complaint being No. 66/2019 be and the same is dismissed due to non-prosecution  without any cost.
