Complainant is absent. No steps taken. On perusal of record it is found that several adjournments has been made for taking necessary steps by the complainant for issuance of notice but neither the complainant nor his engaged advocate does not take steps for this purpose and wasting valuable time of this Commission. 

In view of aforesaid observation, the complaint case is being dismissed for default without cost.
