Complainant is absent. No steps taken. Sri Debasish Nayak, advocate appeared on behalf of complainant without filing of Vakalatnama and also not taking the steps for complainant. On 16.05.2024 the fresh notice has issued against the O.Ps but the same returned back unserved on O.Ps with remarks that insufficient address against OP No. 1 as well as remarks that absent continuously against OP no. 2. However, the complainant is not showing interest to proceed with this case and he cannot file the correct address of the O.Ps till today.

In view of aforesaid observations and non-corporation of the complainant the complaint case is dismissed for default.
