Ajay Kumar Versus M/s.S.P. Communication & ors

 

Present:- DH in Person.

Sh.Gopal Krishan, Owner of JD No.2, Service Centre, i.e. Gopal Telecom in Person.

 

Today Statement of Sh.Ajay Kumar, DH in Person recorded that he has received amount of Rs.7400/- in cash from Sh.Gopal Krishan, Owner of JD No.2, Service Centre, i.e. Gopal Telecom in full and final satisfaction in the above said execution. He also handover the old mobile set in dispute to Sh.Gopal Krishan, Owner of JD No.2 today before this Commission. As such, the present execution may kindly be dismissed as fully satisfied.

So accordingly, in view of the statement suffered by the DH in Person, the present execution application is dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied. File be consigned to the record room.
