ORDER:  

                             Today the case was fixed for arguments.

                             Instead of arguing the case,  Ms. Chanchal Sharma herself and on behalf of Mrs. Niharika Vashistha in person alongwith counsel Sh. B.N.Mudgil appeared and suffered a statement that “I do not want to proceed with the present complaint and withdraw the same as per deed of settlement dated 9.9.2024.”

                             On the basis of the statement of Ms. Chanchal Sharma herself and on behalf of Mrs. Niharika Vashistha in person alongwith counsel Sh. B.N.Mudgil,  the Commission is of the opinion that the complaint is disposed off accordingly.  Copy of this order be sent to the parties concerned free of costs. File be consigned to the record room.
