               The complaint was filed by the complainant alleging deficiency in service on the part of the opposite parties in delivering defective product along with the direction to pay the product bill amount of Rs.1899/- and to pay a sum of Rs.50,000/- towards compensation for deficiency in service on the part of the opposite parties with costs.
Inspite of sufficient opportunities and also information given over phone by this Commission the  complainant failed to appear.  Hence, we are of the view that no useful purpose will be solved by keeping the complaint on file.  Complaint dismissed for non-prosecution.  No costs.
This order has pronounced by us in the open Commission on this 31th May 2022.
