Learned Counsel for the JD has made a statement in the Forum that the JD has deposited amount of Rs.1,13,595/- and has no objection, if this amount may be released to the DH and another amount of Rs.12,000/- has been paid to the DH through Cheque and as such execution may be disposed of as fully satisfied. Thereafter, Learned Counsel for the DH has made a statement that the DH has already received amount of Rs.12,000/- in the shape of Cheque and amount of Rs.1,13,595/- is already lying deposited with the Forum and the same may be released to the DH as per no objection of the JD and thereafter execution may be disposed of as fully satisfied. In view of it, amount of Rs.1,13,595/- lying in this Forum in shape of FDR along with interest accrued thereon is ordered to be released to the DH as per no objection of the JD and execution be consigned to the records as fully satisfied.
