AWARD

1]        Vide his separate statement recorded on 21.8.2024, the ld.Counsel for the OPs stated that as per amicably settlement, both the parties have agreed to withdraw all the cases filed against each other in any court/commission or authority.  The ld.Counsel for complainant vide separate statement while agreeing to the said statement of ld.Counsel for the OPs, has withdrawn the present complaint being settled.

2]        In view of the statements of the counsels for the parties and in terms of the settlement, the complaint stands disposed of by passing the following award:-

1. The complainant and OP(s) are directed to withdraw all cases filed against each other in any court or commission or authority.
2. In case of non-compliance of above directions by either of the parties, the defaulting party shall be liable to pay compensation to the other party as deem fit by this Commission and the other party shall be at liberty to avail legal remedy, as per law.

3.   The award is accordingly passed.

5.   Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties free of cost. The file be consigned.
