     Office report seen. The present miscellaneous application has been filed on behalf of applicants/complainants/DHs for release of amount deposited by OP/JD. At this stage, vide his separate statement, Sh.Ashish Singh, Advocate for Sh.Varinder Arora, Advocate for Applicants/Complainants/DHs has stated that under the instructions of applicants/complainants/DHs, he withdraw the present miscellaneous application as the applicants/complainants want to file application for release of amount, which was deposited by OP/JD at the time of filing the appeal/during the course of appeal, before the Hon’ble State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, U.T. Chandigarh where the amount is lying deposited. The present miscellaneous application is, therefore, dismissed as withdrawn.

     Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties free of cost. The file be consigned.
