Sh. Lal Budhrani, Authorised Representative of Opposite Parties

The Complainant Kamal Kumar suffered a statement that he has got compromised with the Opposite Parties and the terms & conditions of the compromise has been reduced into writing and the same is signed by him as well as Opposite Parties. The said compromise is Ex.CA and as per compromise, he does not want to proceed further with the complaint and he will be bound by terms and conditions of the said compromise and accordingly this complaint may be dismissed as withdrawn.

Similarly, the Authorised Representative of Opposite Parties suffered a statement that he has gone through the contents of the compromise, which bears his signature, the same is true and correct and he is bound by terms and conditions of the compromise.

In view of the statements given by both the parties, as they have got compromised and terms and conditions of the compromise have been incorporated in compromise Ex.CA and further parties are bound by their respective statements. Further as Complainant has given the statement that he dose not want to proceed further with this present complaint, so accordingly, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn. File be consigned to the record room.
