                        Sh. Ravinder Bhagwania, complainant made a statement that the opposite party i.e. M/s Rishi Iron and Hardwar Store replace the new water tank namely Vectus Silk, Triple 3 Layer, 1000 liter within 10 days. He further submitted that he return the old water tank namely Purewell 1000 Liter after receiving the new water tank. So, he withdraws the present complaint being fully satisfied.

            In view of the statement made by the complainant, the present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn. Copy of this order be supplied to the parties free of cost.

                                    File be consigned to the record after due compliance.
