None has appeared on behalf of the complainants as well as on behalf of the opposite parties inspite of several calls.

As per the order dated 19.05.2022, a court notice was issued to the advocate Sh. Ajar Rab, learned counsel for the complainants, which is received and is available on record at paper No. 256.

But inspite of service of the notice, neither the complainants nor their counsel has appeared before the Commission for contesting the complaint case.

Hence, in the absence of the complainants, the consumer complaint shall stand as dismissed.

No order as to costs.
