                                                   ORDER

            The order dated 26-05-2023 passed by the Bench (Hon’ble Mr. Justice Ashok Kumar, President, Hon’ble Mr. Rajendra Singh, Member and Hon’ble Mr. Sushil Kumar, Member) is clear itself. There is no need to move any application for reconsideration of the order passed by the Bench. In fact the respondent M/s Renault India Private Limited has complied the order by making the payment in pursuance of the order passed by this Court and by placing the Demand Draft of Rs.11,05,665/- in favour of the President, District Consumer Commission-II, Moradabad.

            The application is accordingly rejected.

            Let copy of this order be made available to the parties as per rules.

       The Stenographer is requested to upload this order on the  website of this Commission at the earliest.
