COMPLAINT UNDER SECTION 35 OF THE CONSUMER PROTECTION ACT, 2019 AS AMENDED UPTO DATE

Present:-      Complainant in person.  

                   Sh. Lalit Sood, Advocate, Counsel for OP No. 1.

                   Today the case is fixed for filing written statement by the OPs No. 1 and 2. At this stage, the Complainant, by making a separate statement, states that he has received a Demand Draft bearing No. 509789 dated 13.07.2023, amounting to Rs. 35,999/- drawn at HDFC Bank from the OP No. 1 i.e. M/s Reliance Retail Ltd. He further states that now, nothing remains due against the OPs No. 1 and 2; hence, he withdraws the present complaint, being fully satisfied.  

                    Heard. In view of the statement made by the Complainant, the present complaint is hereby ordered to be dismissed as withdrawn, being fully satisfied.

                   A copy of this order be sent to the parties, free of costs and File be consigned to the record room, after due compliance.
