ORDER

 The parties have amicably settled the matter.  The counsel for the complainant has stated that he has confirmed from the complainant that the matter has been amicably settled and in this view of the matter he has appended a note on the execution  application that  he withdraws the execution application being fully satisfied. 

                   The consent letter of the complainant is already on record.

                   In view of the aforesaid statement, this execution application under Section 27 of the Consumer Protection Act, 1986 is dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied. 

                   Certified copy be sent to the parties free of charge. After compliance file be consigned.
