1. M/s Reliance Retail Ltd. Reliance Digitel, Dyal Singh Colony, Kunjpura Road, Karnal through its authorized signatory.

2. Samsung India Electronics Pvt. Ltd., Head office: 20th to 24th floor, Two Horizon Centre, Golf Course Road, Sector 43, DLF PH-V, Gurgaon, Haryana, Pin-122202, through its Managing Director/Authorized person.

 

          ………Opposite parties.

 

                Complaint under section 12 of the Consumer Protection Act.

                   Learned counsel for OP no.2 suffered a statement that matter has been settled between the parties. As per compromise company is ready to refund the invoice value of the refrigerator in question i.e. Rs.42,272/- subject to deposit the old unit/refrigerator alongwith accessories. It is further stated that company will lift the old unit from the residence of the complainant and demanded 30 days time.

                Learned counsel of complainant suffered a statement that in view of statement of learned counsel of OP no.2 he do not want to pursue the complaint and withdraw the same.        

            

                 In view of statement of both the parties, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn being compromised. The statements made by the counsel of both the parties, the parties would be governed by the statement made by their respective counsel.  File consigned to the record room after due compliance.
