          Complainant and the opposite party present .Taken up at the settlement. Talk. Parties settled the claim for Rs.75,000/-. The Branch Manager of opposite

party agrees to pay the agreed amount of Rs.75,000/- to the complainant as and when the complainant submit the policy documents at the nearest Branch.

The complaint is allowed to receive back the original policy and connected records if any produced before this Forum. Complaint stand allowed as above.
