During the course of proceedings of this case, the Complainant already suffered a statement that the compromise has been effected between the parties and he has received a Cheque bearing No.615237 dated 20.04.2017 for Rs.40,800/- from the opposite parties towards the full and final settlement of his claim and the present complaint may kindly be dismissed as withdrawn being compromised.

In view of statement suffered by the Complainant, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn after having been compromised. File be consigned to the record room.
