ORDER

 

    On perusal of complaint and upon hearing  the counsel for the complainant  it is clear that the complainant herein is not a consumer  and the dispute mentioned is not a consumer dispute.  Hence the complaint is returned to the complainant for filing before the appropriate authority having jurisdiction to try the complaint.  However the time taken for prosecute the matter before the Forum shall be excluded while computing the period of limitations  U/s 14 of Limitation Act
