This appeal was received by the office of this Commission by post.  Thereafter, notice was issued to the appellant on the given address.

By perusal of the report of the Postal Department on the envelope, it reveals that Sh. Kulminder Singh is not residing at the given address.

Since, the appeal was received by post, no steps have been taken so far to serve respondent. The office cannot take steps for respondent. Steps for service on respondent was to be taken by the appellant.

                    Since the appellant has not put appearance after sending the appeal by post, therefore, the appeal is  dismissed for want of prosecution.
