File taken up today on an application filed by Ld. Counsel for OP's No.1 & 2 and allow the parties to record the statement for compormise.

Statement of Sh.A.K.Gandhi, Advocate Counsel for the Opposite Parties No.1 & 2 that he hereby on behalf of OP No.1 & 2 offer to settle the claim of the complainant @ of Rs.1,16,000/- as full and final settlement of claim of the complainant. The claim amount will be paid within 30 days from the date of order passed by this commission.

Further Statement of Ms.Kashish Mahajan, Advocate Counsel for the Complainant recorded she has heard the statement of Counsel for OP's No.1 & 2 recroded today before this commission and as per the instructions of the complainant, I accept the offer made by Counsel for the OP No.1 & 2 to settle the claim of the complainant by paying a sum of Rs.1,16,000/- as full and final settlement of claim of the complainant. In case, Opposite Parties failed to make the payment within 30 days from today, the OP's shall be liable to pay the interest @ 12% per annum from the date of filling of claim with the OP's till realization.

So, accordingly in view of the statement given by the Counsel for the Complainant as well as Counsel for the OPs No.1 & 2, parties has settled the matter by way of amicable. So, accordingly the complaint of the complainant is disposed of with the direction to the OPs No.1 & 2 to pay the aforesaid amount of Rs.1,16,000/- to the complainant within 30 days from the date of receipt of the copy of order, failing which the OP's will further liable to pay interest thereon @ 12% per annum from the date of filing of claim with the OP's till realization. File be consigned to the Record Room.
