File taken up today on the application of both the parties, signed by Shri Chirag Anand, Advocate  for complainant and Shri Rajesh Kumar Gupta, counsel for OP, thereby stating that the matter for an amount of Rs. 1,90,000/- in full and final settlement has been settled.  It is informed that Insurance company would pay the amount of Rs. 1,90,000/- to complainant within 30 days of this order. Insurance Company is directed to pay Rs.1,90,000/- to the complainant. In case any non-compliance, the complainant has right to get the matter revived.

Accordingly, the matter is disposed off and next date of hearing fixed as 19.04.2022 is cancelled.
