ORDER

25.10.2010 Stage: for Orders. Complainant : INPERSON : ORDER : Perused the complaint and its enclosures. On the perusal of the averments of the complaint clearly discloses that the dispute alleged by the complainant is in respect of Telecom Service. But, the same is not maintainable before this Forum, in view of the Ruling of the Honble Supreme Court reported in 2009 CTJ page 1062 (SC) (General Manager, Telecom Vs. M.Krishnan and another). In the said decision, the Honble Supreme Court has clearly held that the Consumer Forums have no jurisdiction to entertain the complaints relating to Telecom disputes. Therefore, we have no other alternative except to reject the complaint as not maintainable. Hence, in the final result, we proceed to pass the following ORDER The complaint is rejected as not maintainable and the file closed.
