                   Settlement has been effected between the parties. Pursuant to which, Sh. D.R. Rampal, Advocate counsel for the complainant has suffered a statement that in view of compromise between the parties, he has received Rs.3,500/- on behalf of  complainant in full and final settlement of complaint against the O.Ps and same may be dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied.

                   In view of statement suffered by Ld. counsel for complainant, the present complaint stands dismissed as withdrawn as fully satisfied. File be consigned to record room.
