                   Shri Ashsh Kumar Yadav, representative of OPs.

 

                   Today the case was fixed for filing written version on behalf of OPs. However, complainant suffered his separate statement to the effect that the matter has been compromised with the OP therefore, he does not want to pursue with the present complaint and withdraws the same.

          In view of statement of complainant, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn. Parties concerned be communicated of the order accordingly and file be consigned to the record room.
