          The case of complainant is that on 27/10/11 the complainant entrusted two mobile phones to the respondent for repair.  One phone was within the warranty period and the respondent has an obligation to do the repair work free of cost.  The respondent promised to return the phone within two weeks after rectifying the defects.  Several times complainant approached the respondent to get back the mobile phones.  But the phones are not returned so far.  This act of respondent is an unfair trade practice and deficiency in service.  Hence the complaint.

          2. The respondent remained exparte.

          3. Complainant filed affidavit and Exhibits P1 and P2.  There is no evidence to the  contrary.

          4. In the result the complaint is allowed and the respondent is directed to return the products after due repair and pay Rs.7,500/- (Rupees Seven thousand and five hundred only) as compensation with costs Rs.500/- (Rupees Five hundred only) within a month from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
