The complainant H. K. Ghatraj is present, and he files a petition submitting that he has obtained registration of the flat, and supply of electricity has been extended to his said flat. 

It is seen that on 25.11.2013 both the parties have filed a petition of mutual understanding, and they have prayed that an award be passed in terms of the amicable settlement, copy of which is annexed to the said petition dated 25.11.2013.

Perused the said petition dated 25.11.2013, along with the petition of amicable settlement.  Heard the complainant. 

The terms of the amicable settlement are lawful.    

It is clear that the matter has been disposed of amicably.

Hence,

that the case be, and the same is hereby disposed of on amicable settlement in terms of the joint petition dated 25.11.2013, and the terms of the amicable settlement, which do form part of this order.    

Let a copy of this order be given to the parties free of cost.
