Ltd and statement of SPA holder of complainant, Anil Kumar Dhiman son of Shri Surender Kumar Dhiman recorded separately. Compromise deed annexure CA and authority letter annexure CB are placed on file. Heard. In view of the aforesaid statements, present complaint stands dismissed as withdrawn. OPs No.1 to 4 shall be bound by the terms and conditions of the said compromise. File be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
