Heard the Ld. Advocate appearing for the Complainant.  Perused the record and considered.

The Ld. Advocate appearing for the Complainant submits that he would not press the complaint and an endorsement has been made in the margin of the complaint with remarks “not pressed”.

Hence, the complaint is rejected as it is “not pressed”.

The complaint is thus disposed of accordingly.

Let a plain copy of this Order be supplied to the parties concerned by hand/by Post forthwith, free of cost for information & necessary action.
