Today is fixed for filing written version by the O.P.  The complainant files hazira.  But on call both the contesting parties appeared through their Ld. Advocates.  Both the parties have jointly filed a petition stating inter-alia that the dispute has been settled between them out of this Forum.  In the petition it has been clearly mentioned that the complainant is not willing to proceed with this case further.

The complainant himself is present.  Being asked the complainant has submitted before this Forum that he is not willing to proceed with this case further.  So, we find nothing to continue the proceedings of this case further.

Fees paid is correct.  Hence, it is

Ordered

that the C.C. No.100/2015 is dismissed for non-prosecution without any cost.  Let the plain copy of this order be supplied to the parties free of cost.
