Applicant absent.

Perused the record. Present miscellaneous case has been filed for restoration of miscellaneous case 14/2014 dismissed in default in pairavi vide order dated 07.12.2018. 

Learned advocate for the applicant has submitted that on account of slip and mistake in recording the date fixed in this case his advocate could not make proper pairavi. He has not delibrately committed any mistake in making proper pairvi in the concerned complainant case number 41/2014. He will suffer an irrepairable loss if the original case is not restored.

He will make proper pairvi if the original case is restored. Inview of the submission and the fact apparent from the record of complaints case number 41/2014 though it appears that the complainant has remained very casual in making pairvi byt by taking a lenient view, applicant’s prayer is allowed and original case number 41/2014 is restored to that’s original stage.
