Case is put up before the National Lok Adalat. Sh. Bawa Rajesh Bedi Associate Manager, customer service, Branch Office Ludhiana made a statement that it is has settled that the tyre of the complainant be replaced in half latest price of the new tyre size 195 x 55 x 16 ALNAC 4G. Presently the price of the tyre is Rs. 7171/- including GST and the customer will pay half of said amount i.e. Rs. 3586/- and receive new tyre within 7 days. This is one time gesture being done on goodwill basis as asked by the Lok Adalat and further only manufacturing warranty will be valid. Subject to withdrawal of present complaint. His statement recorded and taken up on the file. 

On the other hand Sh. KR Goel Adv counsel for the complainant made a statement that I have heard the above said statement of the officer of opposite parties and agree with the same. Accordingly I withdraw the present complaint on behalf of complainant. His statement also recorded and taken up on the file.

In view of the statements of the parties, present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied. However, parties are bound by their undertakings made today before the National Lok Adalat. No order as to costs or compensation. Copy of the order be supplied to the parties free of costs. File be consigned to the records.
