          Sh. H.S. Sandhu Advocate counsel for Judgment Debtor/ respondent appeared and filed power of attorney. None appeared on behalf of applicant/ decree holder though the case is called several times since morning. Ld. counsel for Judgment Debtor/ respondent has stated at bar that order dated 26.9.2013 has been fully complied with and applicant/ decree holder is satisfied with the same and has already given an affidavit dated 22.11.2016 copy of which is placed on file stating her satisfaction and further stating that now nothing is due from Judgment Debtor/ respondent. Ld. counsel for Judgment Debtor/ respondent has also filed Photostat copies of documents which were delivered to the applicant/ decree holder. In this regard Ld. counsel for Judgment Debtor/ respondent also suffered statement separately. Moreover, non-appearance of applicant decree holder also shows that order has been complied with and she is not interested any more in prosecution of application. In view of it and as the applicant/decree holder has not come present to suffer the statement regarding the compliance of the order, therefore, the application is dismissed in default for want of prosecution. Copy of the order be supplied to the parties as per rules. File be consigned to record room.
