Both the parties are absent without any step. The case is long pending from 08/08/2018 for evidence of complainant. But instead of filing evidence the complainant is remaining absent for more than two (2) years without any step which indicates his unwillingness to proceed with the case further. Keeping in mind the act and attitude of the complainant and keeping in mind the pendency of the case the Commission is pleased to dismiss the case for default of complainant.
