Complaint under Section 35 of Consumer Protection Act, 2019

Present: Complainant in person alongwith Shri Diwan Sharma, Advocate.
Shri Lalit, son/representative of OP No.2 and representative of OP No.1.
Today, the case is fixed for amicable settlement between the parties, if any and for filing evidence by the OPs. Shri Lalit, son of Smt. Kavita (representative of OPs No.1 and 2), on the instructions of OP No. 2, by making a separate statement, stated that he has been authorized by his mother Smt. Kavita, to appear and enter into compromise with the complainant on her behalf and on behalf of OP No.1. Today, he has paid an amount of Rs.3550/- as full and final settlement to the complainant, and prayed that present complaint be dismissed in view of the settlement with the Complainant.
On the other hand, the Complainant by making a separate statement, stated that she has gone through the statement made by the Shri Lalit son of the OP No.2 and agrees with the same, and today, she has received an amount of Rs.3550/- in cash as full and final settlement. Now, nothing is due against the OPs, hence, she withdraws the present complaint, being fully satisfied.
Heard. In view of the statement made by both the parties, the present Consumer Complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn, being fully satisfied.
A copy of this order be sent to the parties, free of costs and File be consigned to the record room, after due compliance.
