           Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner/complainant. 

1.        This is an application filed by the complainant to transfer CC.No.53/2008 from District Consumer Forum, Rangareddy District to any other District Forum in the State on the ground that the Presiding Officer of the District Forum has not been considering the contentions raised by the parties in its entirety nor appreciating the documents, arguments and the citations relied therein.
