          This case record is placed before the Ld. Judges of National Lok-Adalat which is held today at the Court Room of D.C.D.R.C., Howrah.

          Both sides and their Ld. Lawyers are found present and ready. Heard both sides. Considered submission.

In course of hearing the complainant/petitioner and O.p./Developer agreed to settle their dispute on the following ground : -

1. The petitioner/complainant shall pay Rs.5,00,000/- by way of Bank Draft of Nationalized Bank to the O.p./Developer through D.C.D.R.C., Howrah within 15^th January, 2025.
2. The petitioner/complainant shall pay another Rs.5,00,000/- by way of Bank Draft of Nationalized Bank Draft to the O.p./Developer within 15^th February, 2025 through D.C.D.R.C., Howrah.
3. It is settled that the balance amount of Rs.7,00,000/- is to be paid to the O.p./Developer at the time of execution and registration of the Deed of Conveyance and the delivery of possession is to be handed over to the petitioner/complainant on the date of execution and registration to the Developer.
4. In the meantime to observe the Development of the work in the schedule mentioned flat alongwith garage Mr. Apurba Kumar Dey is to be appointed as Ld. Local Inspection Commissioner and Ld. Commissioner shall take note how far the construction of the flat alongwith garage has been done and what works are yet to be done and the said Commission work is to be conducted in the presence of both petitioner/complainant and O.p. and their Ld. Lawyer.
5. Ld. Commissioner shall submit report before this District Commission within 15^th February, 2025.
6. The fees of the Ld. Commissioner would be Rs.3,000/- and the said amount shall be paid to the Ld. Commissioner, Rs.1,500/- is to be paid equally by the petitioner/complainant and O.p./developer.  

In the light of the above noted terms and conditions dispute involved in this case have been amicably settled.

If the parties failed to carry out the above noted terms and conditions which have been decided in the Lok-Adalat, the parties are given liberty to execute the award as per law.

In the light of the observation made above this complaint case is disposed of.

          Parties are entitled to get a free certified copy of this order as early as possible.

Let this order be uploaded in the official website as quick as possible.
