2. `32,200/- `6500/- and failed to refund the balance amount.

4. `23,000/-. `23,200/- towards referral commission apart from 6 gms of gold coin which is value of`9,000/-.

6. `23,000/- and that it is not possible to assess the antiquity value of the coin received by the appellant from the respondent.
7. `30,000/- against its value of`6,500/- which amounts to unfair trade practice and that the business money circulation scheme adopted by the respondent is in violation of the provisions of Prize Chits and Money Circulation (Banking) Act, 1976.

10. `32,200/- he would gain attractive commission depending upon the members got admitted by him in the scheme. `32,200/- on 7.7.2006 to the respondents. `6500/- which the appellant challenges on the premise that the gold coin is worth`6500/- only but the respondents had made him believe it value to be`30,000/-.

Explanation.— For the purposes of this clause, “commercial purpose” does not include use by a person of goods bought and used by him and services availed by him exclusively for the purposes of earning his livelihood by means of self-employment;
