The counsel for complainant has made a statement before this Commission that he wants to withdraw the present complaint on some technical grounds and he may be permitted to file a fresh complaint before the civil court. His statement in this regard recorded separately. In view of above statement of learned counsel for complainant, the present complaint stands dismissed as withdrawn.
