During the course of proceedings of this case, Sh.Neeraj S.Luthra, Advocate Counsel for the Complainant already suffered a statement that the compromise has been effected between the parties and he has received Rs.3000/- in cash from the opposite parties towards full and final settlement of all the claim of the complainant and nothing is due against the Opposite Parties. As such, the present complaint may kindly be dismissed as withdrawn being compromised.

In view of statement suffered by Ld. Counsel for the Complainant, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn after having been compromised. File be consigned to the record room.
