                Learned counsel for OP No.1 has made a statement to the effect that he has compromised with the complainant for the amount of Rs.30,000/- and as per compromise, he has tendered the cheque bearing No.521567 dated 25.3.2018 amounting to Rs.30,000/-. Ld. Counsel for the complainant has also made a statement to the effect that he has received a cheque bearing No.521567 dated 25.3.2018 amounting to Rs.30,000/-. from OP No.1 being compromised and now nothing remains due towards the OPs, so, he does not want to proceed with the present complaint further and withdraws the same being fully satisfied.  In view of the statement of ld. Counsel for the both the parties, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn being compromised.  File be consigned to record after due compliance.
