This complaint has been filed by the complainant against the opposite parties under section 12 of the Consumer Protection Act, 1986 praying to pay a sum of Rs.16,900/- being the price of the Samsung J- Prime mobile and to pay a sum of Rs.1,00,000/- towards compensation for harassment, inconvenience, deficiency in service, damages frustration and mental agony suffered by the complainant with cost of Rs.10,000/-.

Both parties filed Joint Compromise Memo.  As per the Joint Compromise Memo, the mobile phone also handed over.  Hence, Memo recorded.  In view of the Memo, this case is dismissed as settled out of the Forum.  The Joint Compromise Memo and endorsement form part of the order.
